We are looking for an online bidder responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms Upwork and ensuring a high level of excellence.

**And can work as a freelancer with our team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate business through online portals Upwork
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
- Estimate the project price based on the needs gathered from tech team
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisition
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Bidding on Upwork daily to acquire projects and converting those projects into long-term sales

**Requirements**:

- Command on Freelancing platform (Upwork)
- Proposal writing
- Knowledge of drafting business proposals
- Business development process
- Business sales strategy
- Analyze marketing trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic
- Fluent in English

Type of work: Freelancing

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
