As a Business Development Executive at PranshTech Solutions Pvt Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the bidding process, and closing deals to achieve and exceed our sales targets. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events, to create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Bidding and Proposal Management: Prepare compelling bids and proposals that showcase our company's value proposition. Utilize different bidding portals and platforms effectively to secure new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by consistently identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and achievements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of using bidding portals and platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with a dedication to client satisfaction.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
