Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their preferences and budget
- Participate in store merchandising and promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries, orders and returns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate and timely sales transactions and inventory management
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Min 2+ years of experience in retail sales in the jewelry industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Passion for jewelry and a deep understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job location: R.S. Puram, Coimbatore
