Role & Responsibilities:

As a Jewellery Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Understanding Customer Needs: Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations based on their tastes and budgets.
• Product Showcase: Present a wide range of jewel products and designs, highlighting their unique features and suitability for each customer.
• Pricing and Transaction Handling: Accurately calculate product selling value, handle pricing discussions, and manage monetary transactions with care.
• Product Knowledge Development: Stay updated on the latest gold jewellery trends, terminologies, and industry insights to provide expert consultation.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through engaging discussions and excellent service.
• Stock Management: Maintain jewellery stock, ensure proper record-keeping, and uphold the highest standards of safety and security.
• Training & Development: Actively attend training sessions and skill development programs for Jewel Consultant promotions and personal growth.
• Assistance to Jewel Consultants: Support the jewellery consultants by fetching the right products to service the customer

Work Location: Coimbatore

Educational Qualification: A Graduate who is interested to build a career in Jewellery business. No experience is required, Training will be provided
