As a Jewellery Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include: • Understanding Customer Needs : Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and requirements. • Product Showcase: Present a wide range of jewel products and designs, highlighting their unique features and suitability for each customer. • Pricing and Transaction Handling: Accurately calculate product selling value, handle pricing discussions, and manage monetary transactions with care. • Product Knowledge Development: Stay updated on the latest gold jewellery trends, terminologies, and industry insights to provide expert consultation. • Customer Relationship Building: Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through engaging discussions and excellent service. • Stock Management: Maintain jewellery stock, ensure proper record-keeping, and uphold the highest standards of safety and security. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: Smartworking and Intelligent: Proactive individuals with strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Punctual and Disciplined: Must be reliable, time-conscious, and aligned with company values.
