**Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls from interested prospects or existing clients.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide information about our products and services.

4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.

5. Sales Conversions: Convert leads into sales by explaining product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

6. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

7. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and nurture existing client relationships.

**Requirements**:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and clear speaking voice.

2. Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist customers.

3. Patience: Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.
