About the Role:

BulBul, a women's wear brand by Bubble Bee Export House, is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive fluent in South Indian languages to handle B2B leads generated through digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and cultural understanding of South Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle and filter B2B leads from Meta ad campaigns received in the CRM system.


• Call potential buyers, understand their wholesale needs, and present BulBul's product offerings.


• Convert qualified leads into orders via phone/WhatsApp follow-ups.


• Escalate and assign field visits to Territory Sales Executives when needed.


• Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions and conversion stages in CRM.


• Follow up regularly to ensure a high lead conversion ratio and excellent customer experience.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


• 1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience, preferably in apparel/fashion/textiles or B2B.



Must be fluent in at least 2 or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) along with Hindi and
English.


• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.


• Familiarity with CRM software and B2B customer handling.


• High level of cultural understanding of South Indian retail/wholesale buying behavior.

Preferred:


• Experience in women's ethnic wear or regional sales.


• Prior experience in handling South Indian markets.
