Support Function

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of Oracle DB Postgres as DB should be able to write SQLs for analysis
Knowledge of Service Now for Incident and Service Request
Investigate and resolve incidents escalations and production issues in a timely manner
Analyze logs perform root cause analysis and provide fixes or workarounds for production issues
Collaborate with development teams to deploy software releases and updates in production environments
Conduct periodic system health checks and optimize backend performance
Write and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration troubleshooting steps and standard operating procedures
Support release management processes including testing and validation of new builds and patches
Work with database administrators and other support teams to resolve complex system issues
Participate in on call rotation as required providing support during off hours and weekends
