We’re seeking future team members for our Engineering business with roles located in Chennai and Pune in HYBRID positions.

**You’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.
- Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

**To be successful, we’re seeking interest in the follow areas**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in Tech SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.
- Exposure on SOA / API based S/W development
- Preferred knowledge on Oracle systems
