**Roles and Responsibilities**
Answer all the calls received in the agreed response matrix during the assigned shift
Routes call and/or all bookings to the correct department during the assigned shift
Maintain call logs and departmental MIS
Manage all the calls: General Inquiries, Booking an Appointment, Charges etc. by achieving desirable benchmarks, Follow Escalation matrix whenever requiredNeed Excellent English Communication Skills
