Job Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for our International Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and are looking to build a career in the BPO/ITeS sector, this is your opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain call logs and follow standard procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer and typing skills required.
