1. Handling inbound & outbound calls/chats.

2. Understanding customer behaviour & adopt

accordingly.

3. Seller on boarding process/sales.

i. Fresher / Experienced < 1 year
ii. Hold Fluent Communication in English & Local Language
iii. Under Graduate / Graduate Education No Bar
iv. Should be flexible in Handling Customer Service / Enquiries over Voice and Chat process
v. Willing to work in Shift (Rotational if required)
vi. Ability to Multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
