**Overview**:
The Inbound Voice Process (Sales) position is critical to our organization as it directly interacts with potential customers, playing a key role in driving sales and revenue growth. The representative acts as the initial point of contact for customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Utilize sales techniques to drive conversions and meet sales targets
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and follow up on sales leads
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Adhere to sales scripts and procedures
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
- Attend trainings and workshops to enhance sales and communication skills

**Required Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in inbound voice process, preferably in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and objections
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes quickly
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
