Job Title:Customer Support Associate - Voice Process (International Process)

Location:Malad West, Mumbai

About the Role:

Join a global leader in the digital finance and e-commerce space We are looking for dynamic individuals to be the voice of our prestigious international voice process. You will be responsible for assisting global customers with their queries, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a leading digital payments platform.
- Provide expert support related to account management, transaction queries, and platform features.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service standards.
- Adhere to process guidelines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Graduate in any discipline.
