**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Handling**: Assist patients with inquiries, appointment confirmations, and appointment scheduling, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Appointment Management**: Make appointments, confirm appointments, and follow up with patients as necessary to ensure appointment attendance.
- **Patient Support**: Provide support to patients regarding EPIC EMR solutions, assisting with navigation, troubleshooting, and answering questions.
- **Communication with Doctors**: Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, relay important information, and assist with patient inquiries.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on patient interactions, appointment statuses, and support activities, providing insights for process improvement.
- **General Patient Support**: Address patient inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or IT industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues in a timely manner.
- Experience working with EPIC EMR solutions or other healthcare IT systems is highly recommended.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and patient-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work US shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,465.38 - ₹29,788.80 per month
