**Job Responsibilites:

- **Achievement of sales plan revenues as per the business plan.**:

- **Conduct Business Development activities in designated territory**:

- **Distributor management through regular visits**
- Maintain stocks at distributors
- Manage timely payments & Conduct Periodic Business revieview
- **Appointment of new Distributors in new & existing territories**

Identify new business opportunities Promote product range
- Interact with event managers, designers, Floral wholesalers, florist
- Build brand recall. Product preference & Product usage feedback
- Market trends
- Conduct market demos & customer meet
- Attend to enquiries & Customer Grievances
- Create sales plan & Reporting & Sales planning and forecasting
- **Daily business visits**
- Market pricing & Competitor activitiees
- Schemes as and when implemented

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Channel Sales: 3 years (required)
- Dealer Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Distributor Management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
