**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the **commercial interiors segment**, focusing on office spaces, retail, hospitality, and institutional projects. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients, and ensuring successful project conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **commercial interior projects** (offices, retail outlets, hotels, institutions, etc.).
- Visit client sites, understand project requirements, and propose appropriate interior solutions (furniture, fixtures, partitions, flooring, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **architects, designers, PMCs, contractors, and corporate clients**.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for quotations and timely project delivery.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and fit-out processes is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
