**Position Overview**:
As an Operations Intern at Excellanto, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, sales calls, and digital marketing within the education technology industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Market Research**:
Conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

Analyzing data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

**Sales Support**:
Assisting the sales team in generating leads and reaching out to potential clients.

Participating in sales calls and presentations to potential customers.

Collaborating with the sales team to create and maintain sales materials and documentation.

**Backend Operations**:
Providing support for day-to-day operational tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the education technology industry and a passion for making a positive impact on education.

Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
