Our Startup an Edutech requires energetic, willing-to-learn operational specialists to perform multiple tasks including market research, student & tutor on-boarding, cold-call marketing, occasional sales call, data entry, making profiles on the website, content correction & proof reading etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on backend software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports
- Maintains database by entering new and updated tutor, studio & student account information.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
- Flexible work schedule
- Should be willing to network, take increasing amount of responsibility, be effective in communication, assist and contribute to the team
- Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Research, and help enrol new counsellors, educators, practitioner
- Perform market research and formulate marketing strategies to acquire new students & customers
- Perform multiple operational tasks to help grow business

Having Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
