We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Operations Interns to join our team. The interns will assist with creating itineraries, liaising with vendors, and helping streamline operational processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in operations, travel planning, and vendor management, with a strong emphasis on developing excellent organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Itinerary Planning**: Assist in the creation of detailed itineraries for clients or events, ensuring all components (transportation, accommodations, activities, etc.) are well-organized and aligned with client needs.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with various vendors (hotels, transport companies, activity providers, etc.) to obtain quotes and availability. Ensure vendors meet operational standards and deadlines.
- **Data Management**: Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, quotes, and itinerary details in digital formats (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including filing, documentation, and following up on pending tasks.
- **Technology Use**: Leverage various software tools and platforms (such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, travel management platforms, etc.) to streamline tasks, prepare reports, and track progress.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Strong Laptop Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Comfortable using online tools for vendor communication and document sharing.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, maintaining high levels of accuracy and organization.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors, with a strong focus on professionalism and clarity.
- **Proactive & Responsible**: Willingness to take initiative, manage responsibilities, and solve problems independently.
- **Interest in Operations/Travel Management**: A genuine interest in the operations field, with a focus on planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
