Our Startup an Edutech requires energetic, willing-to-learn operational specialists to

perform multiple tasks including market research, student & tutor on-boarding, cold-call

marketing, occasional sales call, data entry, making profiles on the website, content

correction & proof reading etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand,

customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and

improve the business.Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and

solutions, and present final project during the internship.Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and

internal processes.Learns and becomes proficient on backend software systems.Assists in creating performance reportsMaintains database by entering new and updated tutor, studio & student

account information.Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for

deficiencies.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting

needed changes.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping

information confidential.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Familiarity with social media strategies and platformsFlexible work scheduleShould be willing to network, take increasing amount of responsibility, be

effective in communication, assist and contribute to the teamExperience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Research, and help enrol new counsellors, educators, practitioner
- Perform market research and formulate marketing strategies to acquire new

students & customers
- Perform multiple operational tasks to help grow business

** Having Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST **

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹8,086.00 per month
