Role Overview

We're looking for an
Operations Intern
to support our team in managing the
end-to-end guest experience
for group trips. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that involves coordinating with travelers before and during the trip to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You'll be the bridge between our internal team and the guests — managing logistics communication, assisting with on-ground coordination, and helping deliver a memorable experience for every participant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for guests during trip preparation and travel.
  • Support trip leaders and operations managers with
    on-ground logistics
    — airport transfers, check-ins, and daily coordination.
  • Maintain group communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp, email) and ensure timely updates to guests.
  • Assist with trip documentation — attendance, feedback, payments, and post-trip reports.
  • Handle last-minute queries or minor issues with professionalism and calm.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure trip quality and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Confident, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests from different cultures.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and WhatsApp coordination.
  • Availability to travel on select trips (as needed).
  • Prior exposure to travel, events, or hospitality operations is a plus.
