About the Role:
CATERSPOINT
is looking for enthusiastic Operations Interns from IHM, NIFTEM, and other accredited colleges who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-scaling F&B brand. This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to real-world operations while helping you build skills to kick start your career in the food & beverage industry.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the operations team across multiple functions.
Gain exposure to supply chain, kitchen operations, vendor management, and customer experience.
Assist in process improvements, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.
Learn how to solve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Learn:
• End-to-end F&B operations in a growing brand.
• Problem-solving and decision-making in real business scenarios.
• Team collaboration, leadership skills, and professional communication.
Who Can Apply:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (preferably in Business, Operations, or Hospitality).
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact.
