**Internship Title: E-Commerce Executive Intern**

**Job Type**: Full-time (On-site)

**Location**: Delhi

**Stipend**: up to 15k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, titles, and images, optimizing them for better visibility.
- Monitor and update stock levels to maintain accurate product availability across all platforms.
- **Order Processing & Customer Support**:

- Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or refunds.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create banners, promotional materials, and product campaigns.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and assist in managing paid marketing campaigns such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics and Excel to track and report on sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior.
- Perform competitor analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
- **Payment & Transaction Monitoring**:

- Ensure the accuracy of online transactions through different payment gateways.
- Assist in tracking refunds, chargebacks, and other payment-related activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or completing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Flipkart.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, using tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
- Good communication skills and customer service abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Kailash Ii, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
