**Job responsibilities includes**:

- Welcoming guests upon their arrival and assisting them with their seating arrangements.
- Coordinates with the event host on all aspects of the banquet function.
- Checks banquet rooms, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness & proper setup.
- Assist the Banquet staff in a room setup. Make sure all guest tables, buffet tables, and equipment are set up correctly.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned banquet function activities, ensuring that food counters are properly set and ready for execution at the appointed time.
- Running the floor and coordinating and make sure sufficient supplies and equipment are available for the function by liaising with the kitchen and service staff.
- Monitoring the inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Ensuring that all applicable safety regulations are communicated and adhered to.

**Skills Required**:

- Able to manage multiple streams of information.
- The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service, even in stressful situations.
- Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays.

**Qualification **:Graduate Degree or Diploma from Hospitality Industry

**Experience **:Minimum experience of 4-5 years in the banquets operations

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
