We are looking for an enthusiastic **Trainee Captain** who will assist the Restaurant Captain in daily operations, ensure smooth service, maintain customer satisfaction, and learn all aspects of food & beverage service management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Captain in supervising the service staff and daily operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service hours.
- Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating and service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely food and beverage delivery.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Learn and follow service standards, billing procedures, and POS system.
- Support in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in training and motivating the service team.
- Maintain records of orders, inventory, and feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,123.32 - ₹36,702.50 per month
