We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Trainee Captain to join our team.You will learn how to manage restaurant operations, guide service staff, and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Captain in daily operations, ensuring efficient and courteous service at all times.
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure their comfort throughout the dining experience.
  • Support in training and guiding service staff on restaurant standards and guest service.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and politely.
  • Ensure table settings, order taking, and service follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Learn and adhere to restaurant policies, menu details, and service protocols.

Skills & Qualities Needed:

  • Experience in the Hospitality Sector with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, presentable, and customer-focused.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
