Role Overview

The Area Restaurant Manager will oversee multiple outlets to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experience, staff management, and achievement of revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing restaurants, lounges, and bar outlets.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Monitor day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets.
  • Ensure all outlets follow brand SOPs, food quality standards, and service guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits for hygiene, safety, and compliance.

2. Team Leadership

  • Supervise Restaurant Managers, Captains, Service Staff, and Kitchen teams.
  • Plan manpower, handle staff issues, and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Train and motivate staff to improve performance and guest service.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets for all outlets.
  • Implement marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
  • Analyze sales reports and create action plans for improvement.

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction across all outlets.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Review online customer feedback and initiate improvements.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Oversee stock management, food cost control, and wastage tracking.
  • Approve purchase requests and maintain coordination with the store & purchase team.
  • Minimize pilferage and ensure accurate stock records.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure FSSAI, fire safety, and statutory compliance in all outlets.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with outlet managers and submit performance reports.
  • Ensure timely documentation, billing accuracy, and POS system updates.

7. Coordination with Management

  • Work closely with Corporate Operations Team and HR for staffing & training.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department for events and promotions.
  • Participate in planning new openings and setups.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience as Restaurant Manager / Area Manager in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, café, and bar operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
  • Experience in handling high-footfall, lounge, or nightlife formats preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹80,000.00 per month
