**About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **International Sales Support Executive** to manage and grow our relationships with travel agencies across North & Central America, Africa, and Europe. The role involves supporting sales operations, promoting products and services, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and international partners. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong communication skills and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Engage with **travel agents and partners** across designated international markets to promote company products and services.
- Drive **sales growth** by managing existing agency relationships and onboarding new partners.
- Serve as the **single point of contact** for sales and operational requirements from international markets.
- Register new agencies and conduct **product presentations, demos, and training sessions** for agency staff.
- Prepare and present **sales reports, monthly MIS, and performance updates** to the management team.
- Collaborate with the **Marketing Team** to promote destinations, campaigns, and seasonal offerings.
- Work closely with **Product & Operations Teams** to ensure smooth lead conversion and service delivery.
- Maintain strong **professional relationships** with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in **any discipline**.
- 0-5 years of experience in **sales support, customer relationship management, or travel industry** roles.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, especially in dealing with international clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to **manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting**.
- Knowledge of **international travel markets** is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude and **problem-solving mindset**.
