**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Derive Insights**: Analyze and derive meaningful insights post-interview to improve the placement process.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication**: Ability to clearly convey information and instructions.
- **Deadline Management**: Strong ability to meet deadlines.
- **Data Analysis**: Proficiency in translating large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be able to speak English fluently.
- **Spreadsheet Proficiency**: Proficiency in using spreadsheets or Excel.

**Experience**: 0 months - 2 years

**Working Hours**: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

**Requirements**: Should have a laptop

**Language Preferred**:English and Malayalam
