**Responsibilities**:
**Individual Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address students' academic, personal, and emotional concerns.
- Assist students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- convert leads into student admissions

**Group Counseling**:

- Facilitate group counseling sessions to address common issues affecting students.
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics related to personal development, stress management, and study skills.

**Career Counseling**:

- Assist students in exploring career options and developing career plans.
- Provide information and resources related to internship opportunities, job placements, and further education.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to address students' needs.
- Work closely with the academic team to identify and support students with academic challenges.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Stay Informed**:

- Stay current on developments in counseling practices and educational trends.
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.
- Specialized knowledge or experience in medical scribing, IELTS, Germany language proficiency, and OET.
- Previous experience in student counseling or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of academic and career counseling best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
