As a Senior Invoicing Agent you will lead by example, share your knowledge with the team and act as a first escalation point for internal colleagues. You will have accountability for the timely production of Egencia customer invoices with the aim of achieving a consistent and accurate invoicing flow to help secure cash flow.

Main responsibilities & Activities
- Organise and prioritise your own workload whilst ensuring Invoicing Control team are focused on their daily tasks and assigning priorities per the agreed guidelines
- The senior will support the team and take the lead with the review, analysis and correcting billing rejections from the automatic processes for all POS and liaison with internal and external partners to obtain the necessary information to release rejected transactions.
- Validate and process cancelled and refunded bookings on a timely basis
- Manage Invoice mailboxes addressing all requests in accordance within the defined SLA, providing feedback to management about bookings which cannot be invoiced
- Recognise consistent patterns of system or process failure and be able to escalate these to Co-ordinator and Team Leader so corrective actions can be implemented
- Support the Team Leader in identifying efficiency improvements within process and systems
- General deliverables include defined weekly reporting in line with SOX standards, following all Egencia invoicing procedures and covering in other roles when required

- Planning & Organizing skills in respect of hitting deadlines and managing multiple workflows
- Quality control skills
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; experience dealing with multiple local and Virtual stakeholders.

- Travel industry experience highly desirable
- Good level of reconciliation process knowledge
- Good level of Excel knowledge (e.g. v lookups, pivots)
