**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Performing delivery of Finance and compliance services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities:

- Vendor Invoice processing for Airline / Shipping line/ transporter / co-loader / Rail/Surface Transport/ Administration payments - Rent / Staff/ shipment handling agents & other indirect expenses.
- Monthly closing related work e.g. MIS, GL scrutiny, follow up for pending invoices /DO fees invoices/ pass all bank posting entries / Security Deposit reporting to Branch head for refund & follow-up etc.
- Checking CSR / IATA invoices and follow-up for supporting document and rates discrepancies with operation team also directly with airline/GSA of Pan India.
- Airline Incentives/commissions debit notes are being taken up with airlines as per the schemes and submit the required documents to the Airline.
- Management Reporting for fund planning - CSR (All India) payments to be made to Iata/ Airline / GSA done as per timelines (15th & 30th) of monthly
- Ensuring up-to-date PDA reco/Vendor Reco/ Interbranch reconciliation, Weekly review of staff imprest limits/deposits/loans & confirmations.
- System upgradation and process improvements
- Other works assigned time to time by Management

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Qualified CA with 4- 6 years experience/Semi Qualified CA/ Commerce Graduate with 07-10 years experience
- Preferred experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced dynamic and high-pressured environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal English language skills.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, manage complex process, prioritize and manage competing deadlines whilst maintaining a strong quality of work
- Proficient in MS Office
