**Job Description**:

- We are searching for someone with good communication skills, excel and data entry experience, invoice experience, and a good typing speed.
- Payroll experience is a bonus.

Key Skills and Competencies
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to complete a high volume of work within tight deadlines.
- Having 3-4 years of experience.
- Good problem-solving skills, very strong attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
- Excel specialties to record and compile data in an Excel spreadsheet with large numbers

of figures without mistakes (high accuracy).
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer database systems (high efficiency).
- Organizational skills.
- Typing speed and accuracy level should be good.
- Have experience in Data entry.
- Sense of urgency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable.
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Proficient in relevant computer software.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- 3-4 years accounts payable and general accounting experience.

Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders,

invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to

balances.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks. Paying

vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding

credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports. Continuing to improve the payment process.

Experience:

- 3 to 4 years

Salary:

- 40 to 60k

Night Shift 6pm to 3am

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
