Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Job Summary:

Were looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and reporting processes within our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing and vendor payments
  • Manage and record transactions in Zoho Books accurately and timely
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
  • Process payments through NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc., ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Perform vendor reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ageing reports
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely documentation, clarifications, and follow-ups
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist during audits
  • Generate AP reports and provide insights for cash flow planning

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting) or equivalent degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and basic accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a service-based or SME environment
  • Knowledge of TDS, GST, and vendor payment cycles
