.Job description summary

Egencia, an Amex GBT, Company is seeking an Invoicing Agent who will be responsible for the day to day running of all invoicing related tasks and activities supporting Reconciliation
- Invoicing Agent

Area of Responsibility:

- BackOffice activity to cover invoicing and billing queries
- Ensure that invoicing is processed accurately and to expected timelines
- Ensure that the SLA on billing query resolution is achieved and maintained
- Liaise with tech support for error resolution & system improvement

Activity - Invoicing
- Ensure all travel tickets are invoiced on a daily basis
- Undertake manual invoicing where required
- Process credit notes where required
- Perform billing administration tasks where required
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing
- With assistance from Finance team, maintain a regular reconciliation to ensure items charged to Egencia are invoiced out to customers
- With assistance from the setup team identify, investigate and resolve any issues around customer parameters preventing invoicing
- Ensure Invoices are distributed to clients on time

Skills/Experience:

- Travel industry experience is required
- Ability and diligence to follow processes through to conclusion
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Strong integrity
- Excel Standard
- Knowledge of Excel Macro would be an added advantage
