**Role Summary**

Avahi is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic social media marketer to amplify our digital presence, drive brand awareness, and foster meaningful online engagement. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business growth objectives.

This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives on community engagement, content creation, and performance-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Strategy and Execution**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy and engaging social media campaigns
- Research industry trends and manage thought leadership content across four key accounts
- Identify relevant social media groups, engage strategically with communities, and contribute valuable content

**Audience Engagement and Growth**
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn connection request campaigns to expand Avahi’s professional network
- Drive consistent engagement, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely manner
- Implement and manage company-wide social media gamification strategies to encourage internal brand advocacy

**Performance Tracking and Competitive Analysis**
- Regularly monitor and report on social media metrics and analytics, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Track Avahi brand mentions and conduct ongoing competitive monitoring to maintain industry leadership
- Collaborate closely with the ads manager to align organic and paid social media efforts

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch)
- Strong skills in content creation, community engagement, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience running and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns and professional network growth strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports
- Strong communication and writing skills for compelling social media content
- Knowledge of competitive analysis and brand monitoring techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional social media marketing experience (mid-level) or 5+ years for senior roles
- Experience in tech, cloud solutions, or consulting industries preferred
