**Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and motivated **Social Media Executive Intern** to join our marketing team. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution across multiple social media platforms to strengthen our brand presence and audience connection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in designing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with FTFL’s brand objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Schedule and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and improvement suggestions.
- Stay updated with platform updates and digital marketing trends.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Familiarity with design/editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
