**Primary Purpose**:
Social Media Marketer role is to develop and execute effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and achieve our marketing and business objectives.

The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, analysing performance, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to drive growth and brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including written posts, visuals, videos, and graphics
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Interact with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active and positive online community
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimising ad spend and targeting to maximise ROI
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Stay current with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain relevant and competitive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives

- Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and promotion on social media platforms
- Creativity and a strong eye for visual content
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
