**In-House Social Media Marketer - Mantra Resort Pune**

- Develop and execute engaging social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create high-quality visuals showcasing the resort's amenities, activities, and surroundings
- Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and reviews
- Run targeted social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings
- Track campaign performance and adapt strategies based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, events) to ensure consistent brand messaging

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
- Experience in creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, captions)
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)
- Internship experience in social media marketing will be considered
