At **Alacritys**, we believe in the power of digital storytelling to inspire and connect. We are looking for a **Social Media Executive** who can manage and grow our presence across platforms with creativity, strategy, and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Schedule and Publish the content on the required platforms.
- Circulate the content on different social media platforms and relevant groups.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure innovative campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for integrated campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and build community interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Ability to write catchy captions and create visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.

License/Certification:

- Fundamentals of digital marketing (required)
