THE POSITION
Position Title: Customer Service Executive - Air Conditions
Based at: Surat
Reports to: Manager
Members Reporting: Technician
Role
Work directly with customers to Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders. Coordinate with in house sales team for customers calls/queries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Fixing appointments/Calls based on the availability of customers and clients.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
- Lead a team of Technicians and educate them on how to tackle customer queries.
- Transfer the customer's query to an alternate senior person in case do not have an immediate solution for a specific query but never leave client/customer waiting.
- Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals, AMC
- No matter how upset or angry a customer is, customer care executives remain professional and show respect to clients for continue giving your company their business.
- Take an initiative to upgrade in customer service protocols (Feedback form
Surveys, service-centric polls) which can impact sales in a positive way.
- Tracking of daily attended calls/queries/Payments in excel and submit to
The Person
- Depth knowledge of our product and service. (Air Conditions) good product knowledge enables help to give better answer customer questions.
- Aware yourself with company’s pricing and discount policies, seasonal offers and upcoming products.
- Have patience, emotional intelligence, active listening skills, multi tasking, problem solving skills and networking skills.
Education and Industry Exposure
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC)
- Communication: Must speak Hindi or English and the local language spoken at their location.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
