**Key Account Management**

- Managing existing accounts, contracts and renewals
- Securing and closing new contracts, participating in bidding
- Handling critical escalations of customer and sharing real time feedbacks
- Understanding of topographical locations and major freight channels
- **Strong communication ability and skill for negotiation**

**Pricing & Quotations**
- To provide the rates for Bidding
- To coordinate with Operation & Procurement team for RFQs ( for yearly contracts & adhoc movements )
- To get the rates from Vendors, Zonal Operation team. Verify the same using past data & market scenario
- To coordinate with operation team for Indent clarification for exceptions & escalations
- Ensuring Margin delivery

**MIS**
- External customer MIS - Fleet placement / delivery
- Daily MIS & MTD Reports
- POD pending Reports
- Monitoring of Sales Vs Cost reports (Margin report)
- Billed & Unbilled - Customer & Vendor - Follow up with Operation team
- On time Vendor billing monitoring (in advance cases)
- Ensuring TMS updation from Zonal Team
- Coordination for Vendor & Customers code creation, agreements & Documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
