**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for OPT Recruiters who have experience in US IT Staffing.

Job Title/Designation: OPT Recruiter

Experience required: 3 years

Salary Range: 3 LPA to 5 LPA

**_Roles and Responsibilities_**:

- Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding of how the market works, etc.
- Maintaining a separate database for prospective leads.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench
- Screening the resumes for suitable positions as per Client requirements.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
- Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and TN Visa.
- Good Knowledge of H1 Transfers.
- Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
- Explaining and Negotiation compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation benefits for the consultants.
- Must possess the appropriate level of computer literacy.
- Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Should be a pro in volume-based hiring and submission of resumes on daily basis.
- Having the ability to do multi-tasking and manage multiple requisitions assigned simultaneously whilst also knowing when to prioritize.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
