- Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants.
- Experience and good understanding of IT industry & should understand the hot IT skills in the US market.
- Proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring & H1B transfer experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience in recruiting OPT/H1/GC/US Citizen hiring with effective and efficient hands-on experience with various job boards and portals.i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before on-boarding them to bench.
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
