**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction: Answering incoming calls from wholesale customers inquiring about seat covers, addressing their questions, and guiding them through the product offerings.

Sales Consultation: Assisting customers in selecting the right seat covers based on their needs, preferences, and budget, while effectively upselling or cross-selling related products when appropriate.

Order Processing: Taking and processing orders accurately, ensuring that all necessary details are collected, and coordinating with relevant teams for order fulfillment and delivery.

Issue Resolution: Handling customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries related to product quality, shipping, pricing, and any other issues that may arise, with the aim of achieving satisfactory resolutions.

Product Information: Providing detailed information about seat cover materials, designs, colors, and customization options to aid customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with wholesale clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant information using the company's CRM system.

Market Insight: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers and identify potential areas for improvement.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
