Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Advisor & Team Lead located in New Delhi. The Insurance Advisor & Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of insurance advisors, providing training and support to team members, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include advising clients on suitable insurance products, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
