Note customer issues and resolve them - exchanges, pickups, and feedback.

Proactive WhatsApp marketing of Okhai’s products to customers.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the

resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Learn overall Online Sales Systems and pitch in wherever the need may be.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Near Mithakali Six Roads, Ahmedabad - 380009, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Hindi (preferred)
