**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen and resolve actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and proactively providing the solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Need to generate/convert reviews - via calls

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Support software tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
