**Job Title**:Purchase Executive

**Location**: Khopoli. Raigad

**Job Type**: - Full Time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Raw Material Procurement**
- Manage and oversee the purchasing of raw materials (e.g., steel) essential for wire production.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Monitor raw material market trends and anticipate price changes or supply chain disruptions.

**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Track inventory, forecast requirements, and plan procurement cycles accordingly.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.

Vendor Management & Evaluation
- Identify potential new suppliers, evaluate their reliability, and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct periodic assessments of supplier performance, including quality, delivery times, and pricing.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers to maintain smooth supply operations.

**Purchase Orders & Documentation**
- Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain records for auditing purposes and prepare reports on purchase activities.

**Cost Control & Budgeting**
- Work closely with the finance team to manage procurement budgets and reduce costs wherever possible.
- Analyze pricing trends and report on opportunities to minimize purchase costs.

**Compliance & Quality Control**
- Ensure all raw materials meet the required quality standards.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements in procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in the steel industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and sales software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, PPT, Excel)
- Organizational and Leadership abilities
- Should be residing in or nearby Khopoli
- Experience: 1-3 years
